Close to Jesus

This site is dedicated to helping others be seated with God by paying attention to the Holy Spirit. I share some of my spiritual encounters with the Lord and the way He has been guiding me into His truth through God’s Word– the Bible. There is no greater joy than to be in a place of obedience to the God who created us, loves us without measure and sent His Son to rescue us from the domain of darkness!

And God raised us up with Christ and seated us with him in the heavenly realms in Christ Jesus… Ephesians 2:6 NIV

I write teachings from the Word that I believe the Lord is laying on my heart for the readers. Some of the posts are designed to help renew the mind. Others show ways the Spirit speaks to guide, correct and encourage His children so that we do not limit His voice. Also included in this website are a few of my parent’s missionary stories.
